Shipping and Delivery Policy

Effective 10 October 2026

ShortSmith is Windows software. It is delivered online, so nothing physical is shipped and there are no shipping charges.

How you get ShortSmith

• Download the installer (about 20 MB) from this website and run it on a Windows 10 or 11 PC that meets the minimum requirements on our home page.
• First-time setup then downloads the components ShortSmith needs (up to 15 GB, once).
• Create your account in the app. Your 14 days of Pro start right away, and the Free plan is yours after that.

When your paid access starts

You choose and pay for a Pro plan only inside the app. After you pay on the Dodo Payments checkout, Pro turns on automatically, usually within a few minutes. If it hasn't turned on within 24 hours, email [email protected] and we'll fix it within 4 working days, or refund you as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Where we deliver

ShortSmith can be downloaded anywhere. Orders are processed by our reseller Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record, and priced in Indian rupees: Pro is ₹299 a month or ₹2,590 a year, including taxes.
